These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications, websites, and services provided by Appixia Softwares, a technology company based in Harare, Zimbabwe. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Appixia Softwares. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services.
- By accessing and using Appixia Softwares applications and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
- If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notice to users
- Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using our services

- Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
- You use our services at your own risk and discretion
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability.
- • Planned maintenance will be announced in advance
- • Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
- • Service level targets: 99.5% uptime
- • Support available during business hours (CAT)
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- • Users may delete their accounts at any time
- • We may terminate accounts for terms violations
- • Data retention policies apply after termination
- • Some provisions survive termination
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
